Shipping and Return Policies

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ORDER! We will work diligently to process your order in a timely fashion. Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 days (weekends and holidays not included) for processing. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided. Please allow a total of 10 days to complete your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please send us an email to theblckshoppe@gmail.com and we will work as hard as we can to get the issue resolved. In the event a refund is granted it will not include shipping cost and will be refunded to the payment method on your initial purchase. Also, we are not responsible for incorrect items ordered, so please be sure to make the correct selection when choosing your Black Shoppe gear.
We are not responsible for any issues with USPS.
